Orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. We endeavour to ship the same day if ordered before 3pm week days (10am Saturday), free 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping (or other courier). If you require your item urgently, more options are available at checkout.
All our advertised products are held in stock in our UK warehouse, ready for immediate shipping. If you do not see the product you are searching for or you require large/bulk quantities, please enquire as we are always happy to source products and negotiate pricing.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase from the RS Pro Riders Shop you may return the item(s) in a new condition, within 28 days of purchase. Upon inspection of returned goods we will issue you a full refund or exchange. RS Pro Riders will refund carriage charges on goods that are faulty or if the incorrect item has been shipped in error.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This page tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of the products (Products) listed on our website (our site) to you.
These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms.

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
In the unlikely event that the product you have selected is unavailable we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. We will not process your order if made or until that product becomes available.
3. How we use your personal information
We only use your personal information in accordance with shipping your ordered items. We do not share any of this information with any other 3rd parties.
4. Age limit and your legal rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer, you may only purchase products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
5. How the contract is formed between you and us
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each step of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms payment has been made (Order Confirmation) and another email that the products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
6. Our right to vary these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time in the following circumstances:
changes in how we accept payment from you;
changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Every time you order products from us, the terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.
Whenever we revise these terms we will keep you informed and give you notice of this by stating that these terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.
Your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours of placing the order AND receiving payment in full, unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our third party delivery provider may leave you a note, in which case, please follow the instructions provided to arrange delivery.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
8. Price of products and delivery charges
The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in the price of product(s) ordered we will contact you as soon as possible giving you the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation.
The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site.
Our site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
9. How to pay
You can only pay for products using one of the following methods. We accept:

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge your debit card or credit card until we are ready to dispatch your order.
